I created this wedding inspiration for any couples who have grown up to become more alternative than when they first fell in love with Princess Forever Afters, and who want to incorporate both sides of them throughout their wedding day - because why the hell not!
I started with creating the bridal look of our edgy, alternative princess and knew that needed to have Aurora's tumbling curls and a gorgeous tiara which were styled to perfecting by Dora from Lily of the Valley hair design, and the bespoke tiara created by Janie from The Lucky sixpence and I am still loving this dreamy look! I felt that we could roughen up the edges of a traditional princess dress with her accessories - chunky boots and a hand painted leather jacket by Sammy Lea's Retro Emporium to create the look I hoped for. Amica Bridal Boutique provided me with a beautiful gowl with intricate butterfly details tumbling through the skirt which created a gorgeous dramatic effect.
